Mägo de Oz es un grupo español de Folk Rock. Formado en mayo de 1988 por el batería Txus di Fellatio en el Barrio de Begoña, Madrid. En un primer momento la banda se denominó Transilvania y no sería hasta 1989 cuando pasara a llamarse Mägo de Oz [cita requerida]. Es una banda reconocida nacional e internacionalmente. Ha recibido la influencia de Helloween, Bach, Mozart, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Barón Rojo, Led Zeppelin y Rainbow, entre otras.
